The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — by the same individual is strictly prohibited. You are obligated to ensure that all information provided to 999bd at registration and at any subsequent time remains accurate and current. Any material change to your personal information (including change of address or contact mobile number) must be communicated to 999bd within 14 days. 999bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs). You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances. 999bd will never ask you to provide your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
You must notify 999bd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or if your registered mobile number has been compromised. 999bd accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a Player's failure to maintain credential security, except where such access is attributable to a fault in 999bd's own security systems.
999bd operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal from a Player's Account is processed. 999bd reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including at the point of first deposit or at any point during an account's operational life. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
Players may request closure of their 999bd Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

All deposits made to a 999bd Account must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made using payment methods belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. 999bd reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated Account pending investigation.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to a Player's 999bd Account instantly or within a maximum of 5 minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 banking hours to be reflected in a Player's Account balance. 999bd does not charge any fees for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction charges for which 999bd accepts no liability.

Players whose Account turnover warrants enhanced due diligence may be subject to additional verification before large withdrawals are processed.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 999bd are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual promotion:
Bonus Funds credited to a 999bd Account are subject to wagering requirements before they (or winnings derived from them) may be withdrawn as Real Money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the individual bonus offer. Unless stated otherwise:

The availability of specific games may vary based on technical maintenance, provider agreements, or regulatory requirements. 999bd reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the platform without prior notice.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including software errors, connectivity failures, or server interruptions — 999bd will endeavour to resolve the matter as fairly as possible based on available game logs. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a malfunction, wagers will be returned to the Player's Account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. A displayed winning that occurs as a result of a software malfunction is not binding on 999bd.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and table. Current limits are displayed within each game or table interface before a wager is placed. 999bd reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Live dealer table limits applicable to Pakistani Rupee accounts are displayed in the 999bd live casino lobby.
In live dealer games, if a Player is disconnected during a game round, the round will continue and be resolved according to standard game rules as if the Player had remained connected. Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection during live game play. 999bd accepts no liability for losses resulting from Player-side connectivity failure.
All sports bets placed on 999bd — including cricket betting, PSL match betting, and all other sports markets — are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 999bd reserves the right to void any bet accepted in error due to incorrect odds being displayed as a result of a technical or human error. Where a bet is voided under this provision, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.
For cricket betting markets on 999bd (including PSL, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series), the following conditions apply:
Sports bets are settled according to official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL, ICC for international fixtures). In cases of dispute regarding official results, 999bd's determination based on official data sources is final. Settlement is completed in PKR and credited to the Player's Account immediately upon official confirmation of results.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999bd platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and — where appropriate — reporting to relevant authorities:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the 999bd platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit:

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by 999bd Customer Support, you may request escalation of your complaint to the 999bd compliance team by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint Escalation". Escalated complaints will be reviewed by senior staff within 10 additional business days.
In the event that a Player dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the dispute may be referred to independent arbitration under the rules applicable to 999bd's international gaming license. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
999bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 999bd will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the 999bd platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the 999bd platform following the notification period constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the 999bd platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999bd holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising under these Terms that are not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may hold under the laws of Pakistan or any other jurisdiction applicable to you as a consumer.
